We have a base rate including tolls or airport fees, a simple standardized hourly rate for all its chauffeured vehicle transportation and by Kilometers for long touring trip.

Additional costs 20% overcharge late night or early morning fees. No coupon promotions are available between 10:00pm to 06:00am.

Overnight accommodation: where it is necessary for a chauffeur to spend a night away a charge will be made for food, beverage and accommodation at cost and these charges will be subject to VAT.

Gratuities are at client's discretion however most hirer's guidance leave 10/20% if they're satisfied.


We provides a basic flat rate for airport pickups servicing CIA (Ciampino), FCO (Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino) airports and port. The basic airport pickup rate is based upon without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding sixties (60) minutes.

On rare occasions we incur additional waiting, despite our carefully monitoring of flight arrivals on the internet (perhaps lost luggage etc.) in this event any waiting over 60 minutes will be charged at € 20 per hour pro-rata. We  re-state though, this is unusual.

However driver will wait in arrivals hall for 90 minutes after plane has landed unless advised otherwise.

On high season we often incur in parking problem at the airport. So don't worry about just call or text if you are already out.


We provides a basic flat rate for Hotels transfer to CIA (Ciampino), FCO (Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino) airports and port. The basic Hotel transfer rate is based upon without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen (15) minutes. After 15 minutes, wait time we reserves the right to cancel your transfer.


We monitors all flights. We do not charge for delayed flights or flight cancellations.

No booking fees

2 hour cancellation policy free of charge.

The client reserves the right to cancel 2 hours before schedules. However, all cancellations must be communicated to us no later than 2 hours. Any cancellation that does NOT meet this stipulation will be charged a €40 cancellation fee.

Fire, collision and third party liability insurance is mandatory in European countries and therefore is included in all our chauffeured cars. Third party liability insurance offers up to € 25.000.000,00 coverage in case of damage or injury to people or property.


The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances outside its control. Heavy traffic, road congestion, gridlock etc.
When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by the route which is in his opinion the best and most convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.


We are not liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural calamities, severe weather, natural disasters and breakdown.


A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
We will not be liable for lost baggage since luggage is never removed from the passenger's presence, and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger's luggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.


We reserves the right to refuse persons who are likely to become objectionable for other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way.


Account customers will be invoiced on request after the completion of booked journeys unless alternative arrangements or agreements have been made.

A 5% surcharge will be levied to credit card payments.
Payment by cash it's always better.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof.
